Sending a request is not booking an appointment

The online form asks Kadosh Touch Cleaning Ltd to review your cleaning requirements. We will check the location, scope and cleaner availability and contact you. Submitting the form, receiving a reference or receiving an acknowledgement email does not confirm a cleaner, date, time slot or obligation to pay. No payment is collected by this form.

Estimates, minimum charges and quote-only work

Where the form shows an online estimate, it is calculated from the currently published pricing for the service and the details you select, such as rooms, condition and extras. A minimum service charge can apply and will be included in the displayed breakdown when applicable. Standalone appliance or individual-item cleaning uses its own minimum charge and does not use the full-property minimum.

Some requirements need manual review rather than an automatic total. Caravan and holiday park cleaning is quote-only. Where no reliable automatic total is available, the form will say that a quote or review is required rather than showing a zero or invented price.

If published pricing changes while you are completing the form, you may be asked to review the updated request before submitting. A submitted estimate is stored with the pricing version used at submission. Kadosh may still need to amend scope after review; any fixed quote issued afterwards will identify the reviewed items and total before work is confirmed.

Your preferences and property information

Please give accurate details and make sure you are authorised to request cleaning for the property. Preferred days and times help us assess the request; they are not reserved slots. Regular-cleaning frequency is a service preference and is not an automatic discount. Deadlines and turnaround windows are requirements for us to assess, not guaranteed completion promises.

Please tell us about pets, parking, access arrangements and relevant work requirements. Do not put passwords, key-safe codes, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information in the form.

What happens next

Kadosh will review the submitted scope and contact you to confirm the price, proposed cleaner or team and arrangements. An estimate shown in the form is not itself a confirmed appointment. Where staff issue a fixed quote, later revisions are kept separately so the price and scope previously issued are not silently changed.

Any terms governing the actual cleaning service, cancellation or payment must be provided and agreed separately before work is confirmed. You can contact us to correct or withdraw a request; please quote the request reference in your acknowledgement. Nothing in this request notice is intended to exclude rights you have under applicable law.
